Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At LootPoot, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our dropshipping model, all products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, and therefore, return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests only if the product is:
- Defective, damaged, or broken upon arrival
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or color received)
- Missing essential parts (incomplete delivery)
To be eligible:
- You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof (images or video showing the issue)

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Size issues due to incorrect selection by the buyer
- Minor color or texture differences due to lighting/screens
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Change of mind after order is placed
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and validated:
- You may receive a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The return is approved
- The product is not received by the customer at all (lost in transit)
- A wrong product or damaged item is confirmed by our support team
4. Replacement Policy
If the product is eligible, we may:
- Send a free replacement (if stock is available), or
- Issue store credit or a refund if replacement is not possible
Replacement is subject to:
- Availability of the same product from the supplier
- Verification of the damage or defect
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed.
- We do not arrange reverse pickups—you must ship the item to the specified supplier address provided by our support team.
6. Damaged in Transit Claims
If your item was damaged during delivery:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product
- Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Claims submitted after this window may be rejected
7. Order Not Delivered
If your order has not been delivered within 30 working days from the order date:
- You may request a full refund or replacement
- Delays due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customs are not eligible
