1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details once payment is received.

Since we follow a dropshipping model, shipping times can vary based on the supplier’s location, product availability, and the delivery destination. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic Orders (India): 7–12 business days
  • International Orders (if applicable): 10–20 business days
  • Please note: These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on courier services, customs clearance (for international orders), and unforeseen logistical delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on product type, supplier location, and delivery address.
  • Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be mentioned on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS (if available from the supplier).
  • Please allow 48–72 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to become active.

5. Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on their warehouse origin. You may receive more than one tracking number and delivery package.
